Christ wasn't born today

The date's a church's toy

But I don't want to take away

your fun and giving joy

But If Christ wasn't born today

Then what else isn't true?

What if everything they say

Is just a way to lecture you?

And if Christ wasn't born today

Then maybe he's still God

And maybe he did come back to life

And he's really not a fraud

And maybe all of that is true

But you'd only know if you looked

Don't believe everything you read

Unless it's in the Holy book
